1. How can I order products from your webstore?

The process of ordering in our webstore is very simple and comfortable. You just have to register providing your personal information like name, surname, e-mail and delivery addresses. The registration is required only once and our system will recognize when you log in with your e-mail address and password.

It is enough to click on a product you are interested in and then hit Add to Cart button – this way a desired product lands in your shopping cart. You can add more products to it, delete those which are already in and change the quantity. Once you are ready to order and have all the products in your shopping cart, just hit Checkout button and you will be taken to the page when you see how much you'll pay for shipping, choose method of payment and confirm your order. That'’s it!

At the moment of placing an order, it receives the status pending, which means that we received your order and are awaiting for the payment. Then, within 24 hours of the reception of the payment, its status changes into processing. It means that we are in the middle of packing and preparing it for shipment. Finally, when it's shipped, its status changes into dispatched. Each status change is confirmed with an e-mail message sent to your e-mail address and the whole processing of your order can be seen in your customer account.

2. How can I pay for my order?

We offer the following methods of payment:

• PayPal: the fastest and safest on-line way of payment. You do not even have to have a PayPal account because the system accepts all major credit cards. If you choose this method, you are automatically taken to the PayPal SSL page when you provide your account or credit card information. Please remember that we DO NOT have any access whatsoever to these information. All of them are processed and securely stored by PayPal. You can learn about this method by going to www.paypal.com.
• European Bank Transfer: this is valid only for European Union member. If you choose this method, you will be given detailed information about our account: bank name, account owner, account number (IBAN) and BIC / SWIFT code.

3. How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and will be automatically calculated upon checkout. Please remember that all the shipping costs you see in the checkout are valid for orders within Europe. If you are ordering from outside Europe, our customer service will contact you within 24 hours from the reception of your order with the information of additional shipping costs that you will be asked to add to the total of your order. All orders are shipped first-class priority registered mail.

4. Can I get a discount?

Yes. Our webstore offers the loyalty programme, which means that the more you order, the less you pay for your products. You can receive a discount which equals 1% - 5% for every order. The discount rate is based upon the total amount you have spent in our webstore in the last 12 months. Our webstore adds a discount automatically in the checkout. Shipping costs are not included in this calculation.

5. What about privacy?

We would like to stress the fact that all your personal information we have access to are those you provide during registration process. They are used ONLY to ship your orders and under NO circumstance are given to third parties. All the information your provide during payment process (like credit card number) are given and stored by PayPal and / or your bank. We have NO access to them.

6. What do all those symbols (CD, digiCD, MCD, LP, etc) mean?

Those symbols are used to describe the type of format of a product:

CD – a compact disc in standard jewel case
digiCD – a compact disc in special cardboard packaging, so called DIGIPACK
MCD – a mini-album
CDS – a single
2CD – two compact discs in one packaging
CD-R – a compact disc recordable
LP – longplay, 12-inch vinyl
2LP – two 12-inch vinyls in one packaging
10"EP – a mini-album pressed on 10-inch vinyl
7"EP – a single pressed on 7-inch vinyl
DVD – a disc with video footage

7. Can I return my order?

Of course, you have the right to return any of the ordered products within 10 (ten) days without providing any reason under the condition that a product has not been used in any way, unwrapped, etc.

8. I don’t feel like using your on-line shop for ordering. Can I do it some other way?

Sure. You can always e-mail us your order to orders@omnio.pl providing a list of products, desired way of payment and delivery address. We will contact you within 24 hours with all the information on how to proceed.
